[sage-support] patchbot frequent "Temporary failure in name resolution"

I have been trying to set up sage-patchbot but I am running into a problem. Quite often (but not always and I cannot discern when) it fails with a

urllib.error.URLError: <urlopen error [Errno -3] Temporary failure in name 
resolution>


Any idea what this can be?

So for example today it checked base and then failed in the first ticket. Yesterday, it failed even when checking base. The log from the last ticket is attached. My connection is stable. Cheers, R.
