Cool. We are still fighting some problems with scipy 0.7svn, but Mike
Hansen and I are on it. Unless we can resolve those issue and if there are
memory leaks in this patch I will throw the new numpy and scipy out of
3.1.3. That also makes it likely that this patch would miss 3.1.3, but so
far I am hopeful.
