The spkg was split into ticket #4221.
attachment:pynac_3.1.3.alpha2.hg contains a new bundle that applies
cleanly against 3.1.3.alpha2. There is a small additional patch over
pynac.2.hg, which has minor corrections for the library name and coercion
model changes.
