To my understanding, this patch does not depend on #4205. #4205 was to
resolve some issues with upgrading to numpy 1.2. That upgrade has already
happened. mabshoff took care of the warnings in question by modifying the
numpy 1.2 code to not give the warnings, so it was a temporary fix.
However, that issue is separate from this patch.
In other words, this patch depends on numpy 1.2, which has already been
upgraded in Sage. Dealing with the deprecations in numpy 1.2 is a
separate issue from this ticket, and should not be considered a
prerequisite for this ticket.
