Thanks. At that time, it was unclear what to do about the deprecation
warnings in numpy/scipy, so #4205 was probably a prerequisite then. As
explained above, it is no longer a prerequisite, but should still be taken
care of soon (i.e., before the next update of numpy/scipy).
