I'm not at all familiar with binary distros of Sage, since I've never got
hold of a copy of a binary release. So in that sense, I'm not exactly sure
how to go about writing the README.txt that you suggest. But from your
comment, I guess that such a README.txt for a binary distro would include
the same (or similar) text as contained in the above patch.
