I attached a patch which should take care of the problem. The problem was
manifest on a system that does not have a system numpy; the include
directories were not set up properly for real_roots.pyx. So now, apply
vector-RDF-CDF-numpy-sage-3.2.1.patch and then apply real_roots-
import.patch.
Let me know if the problem still persists.
