The following spkgs depend on pari and need to be bumped:

* genus2reduction
* lcalc
* eclib
}}}
The Sage library also depends on pari, but is linked dynamically. Note
that once this ticket is solved we should also fix #1891. For update to
lcalc see #4793, for eclib see #3358.
