Patch attached which puts some ... at the end of the offending reals.
Based on 3.2.2.rc0. Tested ok on 32-bit Suse.
BUT when I made a clone of my fresh 64-bit build (./sage -clone 4816 i
nthe build directory) I found that I could not run sage (./sage quit with
errors:

SyntaxError: Non-ASCII character '\xc3' in file
/home/jec/sage-3.2.2.rc0/local/lib/python2.5/site-
packages/sage/combinat/ranker.py on line 3, but no encoding declared; see
http://www.python.org/peps/pep-0263.html for details (ranker.py, line 3)
Error importing ipy_profile_sage - perhaps you should run %upgrade?
WARNING: Loading of ipy_profile_sage failed.

which looks like something else entirely!
