Comment:
Reworked the integer lists lexicographic generator into a full featured
combinatorial class IntegerListsLex
Use it systematically in Partitions to get constant amortized time
iterators.
Also implements horizontal_border_strip.
Note: the attached patch does not contain the commit messages!
