In trac_11599_homset_new_coercion_model.patch a comment is added in line
529 (now line 531) of sage/schemes/elliptic_curve/ell_curve_isogeny, which
now reads

sage: phi == loads(dumps(phi)) # optional - pickling

}}}
and now fails if testing is done with the --optional flag. Should
"optional" be changed to "not tested" here until it is fixed?
