I couldn't apply the root patch through normal hg_sage.apply(). Is it
supposed to be applied in some other way?.
Now i get this message when i start the sage session:

But, regardless of the mysterious error, everything seems to work ok (at
least my fpgroups code, which is what i am using for testing).
