Comment:
Instead of trying to find install and dying if not, we should just include
`install-sh` from our favourite autotools version and `export INSTALL
=install-sh`. Really its upstream's fault for disabling `AC_PROG_INSTALL`
in `configure.ac`. Apparently Junio doesn't like auto-files in the project
root directory. On a related note, I'm surprised that upstream doesn't
have a `src/` subfolder...
Anyways, we don't really have to do this now though I suspect it'll bite
us eventually. Apart from that it look good!
