It worked! install-info which was just installed after the manifest file
can be normally executed.
The build process is going on now, I'll report back when it passes the
point it used to fail at.
Unfortunately I fear the complete build will not finish because of the
damn Cygwin memory leaks, but that has nothing to do with Sage.
