New description:

`list_plot` by default doesn't allow customization of markers, when only
points are plotted because the `points` function uses `scatter` from
matplotlib which doesn't support this customization. Custom points can be
obtained by forcing an empty `linestyle` and using `plotjoined=True`. This
ticket is for adding this method to the documentation of `list_plot`.

Update: I must have been dreaming. There is option in `scatter` to
customize the points. It is just not exposed in sage.
