I agree with Volker. Nils's issue isn't a Python issue. It's an obvious
consequence of creating subdirectories of a world-writable directory and
Unix's permission system. When you do stuff in (subdirectories of) a
world-writable directory, you get what you deserve. Similarly, Python
cannot (and should not) protect a user from exectuting a script with
`-rwxrwxrwx` permissions.
