Currently, there is no xgcd for padic numbers:

sage: R = Zp(3)
sage: R.one().xgcd(R.zero())
AttributeError:
'sage.rings.padics.padic_capped_relative_element.pAdicCappedRelativeElement'
object has no attribute 'xgcd'
}}}
The attached patch implements it.
