I think that
{{{
table([head] + data, header_row=True)
}}}
is just about as clear as
{{{
table(data, header_row=head)
}}}
especially since `head` comes first in the first version, consistent with
its position in the table. But here's a new patch which implements both,
and the same for `header_column`.
