 Sigh. While testing a preliminary sage-5.5.beta2, I got again

 sage -t  --long -force_lib
 devel/sage/sage/schemes/elliptic_curves/ell_number_field.py
 Segmentation fault (core dumped)
 }}}
 on a ''different'' system as before (Linux i686) and with ''different''
 patches.
