 Burcin, if you agree with me on this (that raising an error is
 appropriate), then perhaps this should be closed as wontfix?  Or should we
 change all sums ''and'' integrals which really do "diverge monotonically
 to infinity" (as opposed to some other kind of divergence) to return `oo`?
