Sure, but then we should probably add some comments to `SPKG.txt`. (I
haven't yet looked at the new spkg itself at all, just read Greg's logs
and comments and upstream source.)

:-) Unfortunately we first need new FLINT and GMP-ECM spkgs as well,
AFAIK; not sure what else...
(Or does just the ''new'' FLINT spkg require MPIR 2.6, but not vice versa?
I only know at least GMP-ECM currently won't build with MPIR 2.6.)
