I posted a new spkg, fixing the newlines of SPKG.txt, and adding the final
commit for 0.11 final (which only changed the version number).
Given that everything builds and passes tests, I don't know how much more
reviewing of the spkg itself is necessary--certainly no one is expecting
reviewers to referee the entire upstream changes. It'd be nice if we can
get this into 3.4.1.
