Comment:
The attached patch (by Maite Aranes) is based on 3.4. It provides a
number of Sage functions for ideals in number fields: idealstar
(multiplicative group modulo I), ideallog, idealcoprime, reduce (to reduce
an element modulo an ideal) and invertible_residues_mod_units (an iterator
through representatives of {{{(R/I)^*}}} modulo the image of a subgroup of
the group of units -- something which will be needed for enumerating cusps
over number fields!).
