We should probably fix that in `sage/interfaces/maxima_lib.py` (in the
`init_code` list), perhaps `sage/calculus/calculus.py` (where the code is
commented out, and is there for explanation only, apparently), and in a
couple of docstrings elsewhere
(`sage/symbolic/{expression,relation}.py*`).
