 What you get is similar to what I get (without gdb).
 Although the failing place is different as I call ./sage -c "1+1" which
 must import something else (I'd say sage/all.py) as all_cmdline.py.

 Not sure why Volker's output differs.

 Anyway, I think we should now focus on trying all of this with #13832.
 (Don't forget to rebuild the Sage library after upgrading Cython.)
