What is strange is that I can compute one + one in integer.pyx and that
succeeds and when the "same" computation is performed later in
padic_ZZ_pX_element.pyx it fails when Python tries to dealloc the
result...
In fact it depends on where I compute one + one in integer.pyx, I'm
getting lost now.
