Just for clarification, this one is broken, but not because of the
internet, and has been for a while. This was originally noticed (and
fixed) by Minh while reviewing #7771 in
[attachment:trac_7771-reviewer.patch:ticket:7771 this patch]. It wasn't
clear how to proceed, as you can see by reading the comments there.
