 JP, I think you might have used that command from a different spkg we've
 been working on.  So that's two things... and then the third is that the
 `complex_bsd.h` is completely missing from pjeremy's patch to yours.

 Still waiting on Cygwin, probably will hear back Monday since I'm using
 `SAGE_CHECK`.
