The following can be removed from `spkg-install`:

INCLUDES="-I$SAGE_LOCAL/include"
LIBDIRS="-L$SAGE_LOCAL/lib"
}}}
And if `$MAKE check` actually does something, it should be inside `spkg-
check` and not in `spkg-install`.
