Sorry to be annoying but could you please document ''why'' we need cephes
on FreeBSD? Preferably something should be mentioned in `SPKG.txt`. In the
ticket description I only see
> FreeBSD does not currently have a full C99 libm and therefore also needs
cephes
which is very vague.
