I honestly tried to recall what I was thinking there but I cannot
remember. I suggest we leave the vertex-transitive code as is, other than
checking if the graph is not regular! Also, would it be wise to put the
vertex_transitive part into the graph.py file or does it work as expected
on digraphs as well?
