Yes, the script does the main work of moving all of the `MODULE.rst` files
around. That is the part that change the most (as people add files to the
reference manual), so that's where the rebasing happens.
Florent, thank you for all of your help with this; your contributions have
made this much better. And much of the thanks goes to Mitesh Patel,
wherever he is, who put in most of the original work on the patch.
