I hope you don't mind me asking, but are you sure you applied the correct
mpolynomialsystem_rest.patch? Can you check that the
{{{test_consistency()}}} function sr.py has the line
{{{
F = F.subs(s)
}}}
instead of
{{{
F.subs(s)
}}}
