Most spkg using blas/lapack have a special section to deal with OS X. This
spkg would mean we can actually switch to ATLAS on OS X and most of the
spkg in question will have to be touched. So in fact we don't ask for
anything to be set on OS X, it finds the vectorize framework all by
itself.
