And `fast_tp_new` can not use that? What is the difference between
`PyObject_GC_Malloc` and `PyObject_MALLOC`? I guess it's about the cyclic
garbage collection, which seemingly we don't want here. But if we don't
want it, why are integers created with `PyObject_GC_Malloc` before
establishing the hook?
