 Hi Simon, thanks for looking at this ticket! We did decide not to ship the
 repository with sagenb anymore (as it is quite large due to various...
 well, some might term them "mistakes" in the past :) ). The patch itself
 has been migrated to a git branch, which you can see here:

 https://github.com/sagemath/sagenb/pull/75

 In order to "apply" it, you'll need to install the sagenb repository /
 development version. There are some instructions on how to do this at the
 main github project page, https://github.com/sagemath/sagenb (scroll down
 to the bottom). Hope that helps. I have to go now, but I may post further
 details later.
