Changes (by SimonKing):

  * keywords: categories coercion => categories coercion thematic tutorial
  * status:  needs_info => needs_review
  * dependencies:  => #14084

Comment:

 Using #10637 and some manual work, I have translated the worksheet into a
 thematic tutorial in .rst format.

 One of the example needs #14084 to work, hence, this is a dependency.

 The tutorial links to the reference manual, which is only possible with
 #6495; however, I don't think this should be considered a dependency,
 because in the worst case the links are not available.

 Needs review! After applying the patch, do `sage --docbuild
 thematic_tutorials html`.

 Apply trac11490-coercion_tutorial.patch
