Is there anything left to review?
There are no inter-document links to specific anchors in the PDF reference
manual. Its not a big loss since it your pdf viewer probably doesn't
support them anyways (e.g. the PDF viewer in Chrome does not). If you want
hyperlinks just use the html version.
