I've fixed some additional stuff and have new two concerns (in addition to
the matrix2 stuff I've not dealt with):
* the cunningham tables did not get standard so we cannot really use them
(or we'll get that warning which will make one doctest fail), not sure we
can trigger their use iff they are installed to avoid this spurious
warning
* as of now, if no name is provided when an extension field is trigerred
and modulus is 'default' then it becomes 'conway' and that will
potentially need the factorization (or the prime factors) of (p^n - 1),
which might not be a good idea, so i'd prefer to just look to raise an
error as before, or at least trigger a warning.
