 Using `UniqueRepresentation` on `CombinatorialFreeModule` works mostly
 fine. There were only some error in tests that were testing the
 ''absence'' of the unique parent condition (so, these are tests against
 behaviour I would like to fix!), and also there was some error in my new
 coercion tutorial.
