 Use `multiprocessing.Pool(maxtasksperchild=1)`.  This way, every child
 would just call Sphinx once, no cleanup to worry about. Make sure that
 everything that needs to be imported is imported by the master process
 (the one that calls ``multiprocessing.Pool()`.
