 Thankfully I'm here to take the bullet. :P

 I don't know of any mathematical meaning of sorting rigged configurations.
 I don't think there is one...

 The reason why there's different (unsorted) outputs is because at the
 backend of the iterator in `TransitiveIdeal`, there is a (python) `set`
 working. If this is changed to a list, there should be no real loss of
 speed, but the iteration should be completely consistent across all
 machines (and for anything else which uses `TransitiveIdeal` for iteration
 and does not have a valid sorting).
