library in their NEEDED tags, so what? (Doesn't matter here whether they
really need / use them or not.)
eclib actually uses PARI.
Given that the modules link against `-lpari` anyway, the issue mentioned
in [comment:20] can still happen.
Therefore, I see absolutely no problem.
