Think I got it.
Something does not like the dylib64 extension so some parts of Sage where
linked with the static libflint.a, but some others with libflint.dylib64.
Ive copied libflint.dylib64 to liblint.dylib, touched everything in
sage/libs/flint and sage/rings/polynomial and rebuilt Sage and could not
reproduce the error.

So keeping dylib64 extension from FLINT 1 series was not a good idea.
