rewrites the matrix groups on top of that.

The last patch improves the iterator for matrix groups, see also
http://tracker.gap-system.org/issues/369.
Now all tests pass again on sage-5.9.beta2, including the new category
code that checks consistency between `__iter__()` and `list()`.
