My plan was to move all fibration-related stuff into a subclass for
surjective toric morphisms. That'll allow us to have a simple interface
for fibrations. This avoids the whole issue of selecting different fibers
over various strata of the torus orbits in the codomain, which is encoded
in the non-surjective part of the factored morphism.
