patches apply, `sage -b` works as expected (all modules that need
rebuilding get rebuilt -- no need to brute-force `sage -ba`), and all long
tests ([p]testlong) passed.
Oh, and of course FLINT 2.3's test suite passed in both cases as well; I
just noticed there's no message regarding that (and when running the test
suite in parallel, the output isn't synced, i.e., you may get
`foo...bar...` and a couple of `PASS`s where it's not obvious what they
refer to, which isn't really a problem until a test fails).
