I also remove a blank line at the top of
sage/groups/perm_gps/partn_ref/data_structures_pxd.pxi and break a long
line in fmpq_poly.pxd.
That should be all.
I did not split long lines in nmod_poly.pxd, there are too many of them
and that would not be so useful and the patch would be even less readable,
so unless someone really want that we conform strictly to our coding
guidelines in that file, I won't do it.
