OK, I solved the second problem in {{{global_integral_model}}}. The
algorithm did not check that e was negative - for indeed a uniformiser for
one place could be one for another and then the non-integrality at the
later was already done. Rather than just adding {{{if e<0:}}} I decided to
rewrite it to make it do a minimal number of changes. Patch to come.
