Great! This [http://stackoverflow.com/questions/564695/is-there-a-way-to-
change-effective-process-name-in-python/923034#923034 StackOverflow
answer] claims that it should be possible to change a Python process name
such that it works with `killall`; do you think this could be done with
Sage as well? In any case, I think changing the name would be valuable
anyway, so that it is distinguishable from other Python instances.
